Seeking Licensed California Real Estate Agents to work deals with a generous commission split and no desk fee. Training will be provided along with a business plan to execute. Candidates must possess the discipline to work independently, the motivation to overcome adversity and talent to cultivate strong client relationships.
This is a sales role first and foremost and a real estate position secondly, so Agents must be able to build a funnel of leads through various methods cold calling, door knocking, networking, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed CA agent in good standing with the California BRE
- Must be a member or be willing to become a member of the Local MLS and Realtor Board.
- 2+ Years of Real Estate Industry Experience preferred
- 3+ Years of Sales/Marketing Experience
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited University
- Clear background and drug screening
